Shipping Policy

We currently ship anywhere in Egypt. Standard Shipping takes 4-6 business days. We also ship internationally. Worldwide shipping estimated delivery time will be provided by the Courier (Third party).

Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your cash refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.

Note that initial shipping fees are not refundable, only the amount of the original piece will be refunded.
